Our menu keeps Tapas flavors as authentic as in mainland Spain and uses specialty ingredients: Bomba rice, olive oil, ñora peppers… and many others sourced directly from Spain to give our clients an authentic experience.

TORONJA´S HISTORY:

After travelling around the world, Mr. Mohammad Hassan, owner and CEO of the company, was captivated by Spanish cuisine in Barcelona. He also became friends with three Barcelonians – Paula, Flip and Pepe – that own Sa Caleta Restaurant (est. 2013) the most successful Spanish fusion restaurant in Morocco, based in its capital Rabat.


Motivated by their story and with their help, Mr. Mohammad decided to bring the same Spanish concept to Dubai. Toronja restaurant will give the opportunity to Dubai residents to enjoy that same experience that made him fall in love with Spanish gastronomy.
